 I am an EMDRIA Certified EMDR Therapist & Approved Consultant (www.emdria.org) I am trained by ASCH at the Intermediate Level in Clinical Hypnosis- I am a Sensorimotor Psychotherapy Level 1 Graduate. My theoretical approach is tailored to fit individual needs.  I utilize DBR Therapy, DBR Therapy + Martin Warner's highly specialized AT Interweaves for DBR, EMDR Therapy,  Ego-State Therapy, Sensorimotor Psychotherapy,  Clinical Hypnosis,  primarily using therapy models which look at the connection between thoughts, feelings/affect, sensations and behaviors. Concepts from other theoretical perspectives are integrated as appropriate.

I have completed the Safe and Sound Protocol (SSP) Certification and I am a SSP Provider.

I facilitate the client in the discovery of their own personal resolutions. My style of counseling is focused on self-exploration and increasing an individual's level of understanding surrounding their current life circumstances, and their own behaviors and reactions to those situations.  I have a desire to understand each client, and utilize my therapeutic skills and knowledge of psychology and human behavior to facilitate growth. My philosophy is that a client is much more inclined to make possible their own solutions, if they are responsible for creating them.

I have extensive  training and skills working trauma survivors, including early attachment trauma, DTD,  PTSD, C-PTSD, dissociative disorders, anxiety, depression, as well as with narcissistic abuse survivors and adult children of narcissist or alcohol abuse ACON ACOA.  I accommodate any religious background as well as atheist, agnostic, and non-religious clients.

I am offering online psychotherapy sessions via secure video or phone for residents of Washington State, Oregon and Texas.
